University of Albany student Albert Comas, who anticipates earning his degree in 2014, has already demonstrated his capacity for academic and professional success in several ways. In addition to carrying a 3.7 grade point average as a member of the Financial Analyst Honors Program, he earned a spot on the dean’s list and gained entrance into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Outside the classroom, Albert Comas has participated in a variety of professional development programs held at the university and elsewhere in the city, among them the Financial Modeling Program, part of Training the Street, and the Financial Analyst Career Development Program, held at the university’s School of Business.

As an Administrative Assistant with the Wadsworth Medical Center Practice, he boosted revenue 10 percent by eliminating superfluous spending on payroll and inventory.
